Dyspareunia and Dysuria

A 36-year-old female with typical symptoms of pelvic venous insufficiency. Primary complaints of pelvic heaviness, painful intercourse, and urinary frequency. Transvaginal ultrasound demonstrated left ovarian vein incompetence with extensive pelvic varicosities.
